Setup/Roll-In Info
Will Call/Registration/ Check-In:
- Location: Terms and Exhibitors may pick up credentials at the Will Call/Registration tent at the front entrance.
- On Friday /Saturday, all Teams and exhibitors will NOT be allowed inside the venue without proper credentials.
- Unprofessional conduct and demeanor toward State Fair Auto and Bike Show staff may result in revoking of credentials.
Auto and Bike Show Will Call Hours:
Setup must completed by 6:00pm Friday and 2:00pm Saturday as public will be on-site starting those times.

Show Day:
| 7:00 AM | Vendors/Sponsors can enter venue at gate labeled "ABS ACCESS GATE" |
| 8:00 AM | Auto/Bike Registration can enter venue at "ABS REG. LOT" |
| 2:00 PM | Auto & Bike Show opens to the public |
| 10:00 PM | Awards Ceremony |
| 11:00 PM | Fireworks Show |
| 11:30 PM | Begin break down of booths |
